Lawyer Huang Aihua once served as the first director of Guangdong Shentu Law Firm, constantly discussing difficult and major criminal cases with the firm's senior advisor, the first Doctor of Criminal Law in New China, the President of the Chinese Criminal Law Research Association, and the Chairman of the International Association of Criminal Law China Branch, Professor Zhao Bingzhi. Lawyer Huang Aihua is passionate about researching legal theoretical issues, especially criminal law. Lawyer Huang Aihua advocates promoting practice through academia. During his tenure as a member of the 9th Guangzhou Lawyers Association, Lawyer Huang Aihua also served as the Deputy Director of the Business Research and Continuing Education Working Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association. He was responsible for the writing guidelines, paper revisions, paper selection, and publication and organization of criminal papers and case analysis books for the five criminal professional committees of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, namely the Criminal Law Professional Committee for Ordinary Crimes, the Criminal Law Professional Committee for Duty Crimes, the Criminal Law Professional Committee for Economic Crimes, the Criminal Procedure Criminal Law Professional Committee, and the Criminal Responsibility Risk Prevention and Control Professional Committee for the Protection of Minors. Lawyer Huang Aihua once served as a member of the Criminal Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, and was recommended by the director of the Criminal Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association to participate in the research activity organized by the Guangdong Provincial High People's Court, Guangdong Provincial People's Procuratorate, Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department and other departments on the investigation and countermeasures of the protection of the right to defense in death penalty cases in Guangdong Province, and wrote an article.
Lawyer Huang Aihua used to be the legal adviser of Guangdong X Group.
