Lawyer Li Wei, male, born in 1971, graduated from Central South University of Economics and Law in 1999 with a Master's degree in Law. He has been engaged in legal teaching and practical work as a lawyer for a long time. Vice Dean of Guangzhou University Law School, Associate Professor of Guangzhou University Law School, and Lawyer (part-time) at Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. At the same time, he serves as the Director of the Teaching Committee of Guangzhou Law School, an Arbitrator of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, a Legal Advisor to Guangzhou Public Security Bureau, Standing Committee of Liwan District People's Congress of Guangzhou, Haizhu District Committee and Government of Guangzhou, and Guangzhou Folk Financial Street Management Co., Ltd. He is also the head of the service team of China National Petroleum Corporation Lawyer Pool Union, the head of the investment banking legal service team of Guangdong Branch of Bank of Communications, the head of the legal service team of Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission, and the director of the Enterprise Risk Control Committee of Guangdong Logistics Industry Association.

Classic Cases
1. Actor Tan Jing's fall from a building case: In 2008, actress Tan Jing unfortunately fell from a building in Guangzhou and died. Subsequently, various rumors spread, causing a sensation in the entire Chinese speaking community worldwide. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Tan Jing and her family, Lawyer Li Wei represented them in four related cases, all of which resulted in victories and protected the legitimate rights and interests of Tan Jing and her family.
 
2. Large state-owned enterprise compensation case: In 2019, due to the fraudulent behavior of an employee of a large state-owned oil company, which caused nearly 50 million yuan in losses to the other party, the other party attempted to hold the company liable for compensation and initiated arbitration for compensation. Lawyer Li Wei represented the case, identified the starting point of the case, searched for strong evidence from multiple sources, and ultimately forced the other party to withdraw the arbitration request, safeguarding the legitimate rights of the enterprise.
 
3. Jin's bribery case: In 2017, the logistics manager of a vocational college, Jin, was prosecuted for accepting bribes. Lawyer Li Wei searched for evidence from multiple sources, reduced the amount of bribes, tried his best to defend himself, and ultimately Jin was sentenced to probation.
 
4. Li Mujin bribery case: In 2018, Li Mujin, a staff member of a real estate registration center in a district of Guangzhou, was prosecuted for bribery, dereliction of duty, fraud and other cases. Lawyer Li Wei carefully analyzed the nature of the case, elaborated on the theoretical and legal basis, and ultimately the court only found the crime of bribery and sentenced him to less than 3 years in prison.
 
5. Jia's loan case: In 2017, Lawyer Li Wei was entrusted to represent Jia in a loan case with his hometown transportation bureau. The case is the responsibility of the case, but the evidence is insufficient. Lawyer Li Wei carefully analyzed the existing evidence, conducted extensive investigations, and ultimately won the lawsuit.
