Lawyer Li Ruomei graduated from Sun Yat sen University with a bachelor's degree and later pursued a part-time graduate degree at China University of Political Science and Law. Since 2003, she has been working in the judicial system of Foshan City for nearly 9 years and is a member of the civil and commercial trial business team. We have handled a large number of civil and commercial cases, including construction projects, housing and land sales and leasing, real estate ownership confirmation, and real estate cooperative development.
From 2011 to 2014, I served as the legal manager at Guangdong Zhongying Shengda Financing Guarantee Investment Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in Foshan, responsible for all litigation, arbitration, non litigation, and non-performing asset disposal related to the company's debt recovery.

Handling a criminal prosecution and civil claim case of contract fraud committed by relatives and friends of employees of a certain railway group company on the grounds of employee buying and selling registered properties. The fraud suspect was held criminally responsible in accordance with the law and ordered to compensate the victim for their losses;
To provide legal services for the administrative investigation and prosecution of trademark infringement of "GORUN" by New Wanskyi (Guangzhou) International Holdings Co., Ltd., and to act as an agent for the trademark infringement series cases of New Wanskyi (Guangzhou) International Holdings Co., Ltd;
Handling the case of Lei, the head of the Market Operations Department of Dongguan Xu Food Co., Ltd., stealing and embezzling company property, Lei was sentenced to imprisonment and compensated for all losses incurred by the company;
