The company was jointly established by Guangzhou Land Development Center and Guangzhou Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. Its main business is to carry out land development in old cities, factories, and villages within Guangzhou based on the newly implemented "Three Olds" renovation policy. Therefore, Lawyer Yang is one of the earliest legal professionals in the city to carry out "Three Olds" renovation and land development.
