From 2002 to 2012, served as the Minister of Investment and Securities Department and Senior Legal Manager of Legal Affairs Department at a large listed company, Guangdong Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. I joined Guangdong Union Law Firm as a full-time lawyer and partner in the second half of 2012, and currently serve as the head of the legal affairs department for mergers and acquisitions.
