Gong Niya, female, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree. She is a practicing lawyer at Guangdong Hebang Law Firm, a partner, a senior marriage and family counselor, and an arbitrator of Jingdezhen Arbitration Commission and Jingdezhen International Arbitration Institute.
From July 2003 to December 2017, I was employed by Guangdong Fashang Education Group (the group's affiliated schools and companies mainly include: Guangdong Zhaoqing Aviation Vocational College, Guangdong Huawen Aviation Art Vocational School, Guangdong Fashang Specialized College, and Guangdong Bell Education Development Co., Ltd.). During my nearly fifteen years of work experience, I successively engaged in the teaching of basic legal subjects, the establishment planning, project application, approval, infrastructure construction of school sites, personnel recruitment and other application work for vocational schools, the operation of academic education and the development, introduction and operation of new projects, the bidding work of multiple kindergartens and educational training work. I held positions such as director of Guangdong Fashang Education Group, secretary of the joint Party branch and president of Guangdong Fashang Specialized College.
In 2018, I joined Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. I have successively provided long-term legal advisory services for enterprises and public institutions such as Guangdong Airport City Investment Co., Ltd., Jinzhongtian Construction Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou General Trade Union Foreign Language Vocational School, and Dayama Road Community of Construction Street, Yuexiu District.
Familiar with the handling of educational affairs, and having proficient practical experience in the fields of marital and family disputes, contract disputes, long-term legal counsel for enterprises and institutions, and civil and commercial litigation.
In December 2020, at the invitation of the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province, I conducted a special training on the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors".
In June 2022, I participated in the expert symposium organized by the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province to study and implement the "Regulations on the Administration of Place Names" and the protection of place name culture, and provided suggestions as a lawyer representative.
In August 2022, I participated in the expert consultation and argumentation meeting organized by the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province on the "Implementation Measures for Adoption Assessment in Guangdong Province (Draft for Review)", and provided suggestions as a lawyer representative.
From January to the present in 2022, I have participated in the activities of the "Yancheng Jia Ren" Volunteer Service Team of the Tianhe Women's Federation, providing legal consultation for vulnerable groups.
From January to December 2022, I participated in guiding and promoting the rule of law creation work in 11 towns and sub-districts designated by the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice.
From September 2022 to March 2023, I participated in guiding the cultivation of 57 innovative projects for the rule of law construction organized by the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice.
