Rao Jun, male, born in May 1991, holds a master's degree and graduated from the Department of Criminal Law of South China Normal University in July 2018. Since graduation, I have been working as a legal assistant at Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. I have now obtained the qualification of a practicing lawyer and joined the team of Lawyer Yang Aibin, a partner of the firm. My main responsibilities include various civil and commercial litigation, non-litigation, criminal defense, and representation of criminal victims. Since joining the team, I have been responsible for the daily legal advisory work of the team's advisory units, Guangzhou Textile Import & Export Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou City Investment Land Development Co., LTD. At the same time, I have also participated in the litigation work of many civil and commercial cases handled by our team (such as disputes over procurement contracts, personal injury disputes, disputes over import and export agency contracts, disputes over sales contracts, etc.) and criminal cases (such as cases of illegally absorbing public deposits, fraud cases, contract fraud cases, extortion cases, smuggling cases, cases of spreading obscene materials, etc.).

Assisted the lead lawyer Yang Aibin in representing Guangdong Xinguang International Group Co., Ltd. in suing Guangdong Zhongnan Chuangzhan Group Co., Ltd. (Chen Ziye) for contract fraud, and fully represented the legal affairs of recovering stolen funds. The amount involved was 420 million yuan, and has achieved complete success;

Assisted the lead lawyer Yang Aibin in representing Guangdong Xinguang International Group Co., Ltd. in filing a lawsuit against Guangdong Minying Investment Co., Ltd. (Wang Lei) for contract fraud, and fully represented the legal affairs of recovering stolen funds. The amount involved was 390 million yuan, and the case has been fully successful;

Assisted the lead lawyer Yang Aibin in representing Guangdong Xinguang International Group Co., Ltd. in filing a lawsuit against Guangzhou Haijun Chemical Co., Ltd. (Cai Xianguo) for contract fraud, and acted as the legal representative for the full recovery of stolen funds. The amount involved was 360 million yuan, and phased results have been achieved;

Assisted the lead lawyer Yang Aibin in representing Guangdong Xinguang International Group Co., Ltd. in applying to the Zhongshan Intermediate Court for the production of a supplementary judgment to enforce the recovery of legal affairs related to Nanjing Xinhaida Industrial Co., Ltd.'s assistance in transferring stolen funds of 90.12 million yuan, and has achieved complete success;

Assisted the lead lawyer Yang Aibin in serving as the permanent legal advisor for Zhongyue Asset Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yuehai Group Co., Ltd., and provided litigation representation legal services for dozens of criminal recovery litigation cases involving various member companies of Yuehai Group; Among them, he served as the litigation representative of Hong Kong Yiyi Limited and pursued the recovery of 110 million yuan in contract fraud funds by Li Ruigeng through criminal proceedings. The case went through hardships and ultimately won a complete victory;

Representing Guangzhou Textile Import and Export Group Co., Ltd. in a sales contract dispute with Guangzhou Yuexin Clothing Co., Ltd;

Disputes over import and export agency contracts between Guangzhou Textile Import and Export Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Xiangyi Pure Clothing Co., Ltd;

Acting as the defense counsel for Huangjintu's alleged illegal absorption of public deposits during the second instance, providing defense for the appellant Huangjintu. The legal opinion issued was adopted by the Guangdong Provincial High Court, and the second instance verdict was successfully revised;

Acting as an agent for Foshan Nanhai Ruixiong Trading Co., Ltd. to restore the execution case, successfully applying for debt for the parties involved;

Representing Cai Lijun in a dispute over the right to life, personal rights, and health with Baiyun District Power Supply Bureau and Desheng Company, successfully seeking compensation of over 2 million yuan for the parties involved;
