Liu Yanhua, female, a member of the Communist Party of China, born in July 1960, is a master's student and an associate professor at Guangdong University of Finance. I obtained my lawyer qualification in 1994 and started working as a lawyer in the same year. I have worked as a lawyer in Jilin, Hainan, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places. He is now a lawyer in the CR Vanguard Lawyers' Library, a lawyer in the Guangdong State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission Lawyers' Library, a lawyer in the Guangzhou Legal Advisory Service Team, an arbitrator of the Zhaoqing Arbitration Commission, a perennial legal adviser of Xinghai Conservatory of Music, a perennial legal adviser of Guangdong Nanyue Group Co., Ltd., and a legal adviser to many large and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong Province. He has also participated in the judicial recognition of patent infringement. The scientific research project "Legislation on University Security Work" of Hainan Province and Guangdong Province's higher education institutions Two projects, including "Research on Legal Issues in the Equity Separation Reform," have now been completed.

Classic Cases

In 2009, we represented Guangdong Ceramic Co., Ltd. and Zibo Construction Co., Ltd. in a patent infringement case and won the second instance, avoiding economic losses of nearly ten million yuan;

In 2009, Luo Rudong sued the Gaoming Health Bureau for health administrative penalties and won the lawsuit;

In 2011, an employee of the company unfortunately died in a car accident on their way home. After investigation, the company found that the employee came to work with someone else's ID card, which caused a dispute between the employee's family and the company. With the coordination of a lawyer, a settlement was reached to avoid a group petition incident;

Serving as the legal advisor for Guangdong Songhua Company. In 2011, the company successfully mediated a dispute with a medical device company in the United States, recovering more than 4 million yuan in economic losses for the company and avoiding litigation;

Serving as a legal advisor for a Taiwanese business enterprise and assisting the consulting firm in resolving labor disputes resulted in satisfactory outcomes for both parties;

In 2012, represented Guangzhou Diaoyutai Restaurant and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in the case of infringement of reputation and trademark rights. The second instance rejected the lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diaoyutai State Guesthouse; In 2015, he acted as an agent for Chen in a loan case from a bank using a house as collateral, recovering millions of yuan in economic losses for the person at that time.

From 2013 to 2015, served as a defense lawyer for four appellants in different cases, including Luo Jianbao and Kuang Huayou, in the second instance. The death sentence was successfully changed from the first instance to a two-year reprieve in the second instance.
