Due to the fact that the actual controller of the executed person is the richest person in Urumqi, there are significant obstacles to the execution. But in the end, the lawyer overcame obstacles from the administrative department and used four properties under the name of the debtor as collateral for the debt.

The case of a liability dispute between a Guangdong based Guangzhou Group and Nanjing Xinhaida Industrial Development Co., Ltd., involving the damage to the interests of the company by Dong Jiangao (with a target amount of 90.12 million yuan), was ultimately compensated through criminal execution. This case, as a series of cases, has a significant impact locally. In the first instance, the owner sued on their own and lost the case. At the second instance stage, as the representative of the property owner, I was entrusted with the task and argued in court that the unreasonable terms set by the developer should be invalid. In the end, the court recognized and ruled to support all the claims of the property owner.
The dispute over the pre-sale contract of commercial housing between Lai et al. (8 people) and a Southern Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in Foshan City was fully supported in the first instance by the Chancheng Court and the second instance by the Foshan Intermediate Court.
The case of Fang Mouzhong terminating the contract and returning the house with Guangdong Steel Investment Management Co., Ltd. was successfully resolved in the first trial of Panyu Court. Through lawyers, the developer was persuaded to abandon the appeal and comply with the judgment, and all actions were fully executed.
10. Jiang Mou'e and Chen Moufu had a dispute over ownership confirmation. After the first instance of the Liwan Court and the second instance of the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court, the shop registered under the defendant's name was finally returned to the plaintiff and assisted in the transfer of ownership.
11. Liang Mouli and Sun Mouying had a dispute over the second-hand house purchase and sale contract. The defendant terminated the contract on the day of signing, and ultimately received support from the Shunde Court for fundamental breach of contract and loss of trading opportunities for the plaintiff. The court ruled that the defendant should pay a penalty of 5% of the total house price to the plaintiff and immediately enforce the contract.
