Mr. Liao, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law from the UK, is a British lawyer responsible for handling foreign-related cases on a daily basis. In order to efficiently resolve client cases in the local country, Mr. Liao has established friendly cooperation and development relationships with well-known law firms around the world, directly communicating with local lawyers on cases and providing clients with reasonable solutions. In addition, Mr. Liao has extensive legal practical experience in the fields of international trade, commercial law, intellectual property, and blockchain. I have handled the development, establishment, operation, and benefit coordination of multiple blockchain projects. Mr. Liao also pays attention to the technical solutions, incentive systems, industry operations, and community governance in the growth and development process of blockchain NFT projects.
