On July 22, 2025, lawyer Gong Min, a senior partner and head of the property management legal team at our firm, was invited by the Nansha District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau to conduct a special legal training session on "owner organization construction" and "centralized rectification of four types of issues related to property service performance and public revenue".
Over 100 participants, including representatives from the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, town people's governments/subdistrict offices, neighborhood committees, district property management associations, and property service enterprises, attended this training.
At the meeting, lawyer Gong Min, based on the provisions of the Civil Code, the Guangzhou Regulation on Property Management, and other regulations, provided a professional analysis of practical legal issues related to the centralized rectification of four types of problems: owner organization construction, property service performance, and public revenue, mainly from the perspective of property management enterprises, through rich practical cases. The content of the explanation was closely related to reality, providing practical solutions for the trainees.
During the Q&A session, the trainees inquired about difficult issues encountered in their daily work. With her extensive professional experience, lawyer Gong Min accurately analyzed the crux of the problems and provided practical and professional advice.
