On June 24, 2025, lawyer Gong Min, a senior partner and head of the property management legal team at our firm, was invited by the Nansha District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Guangzhou to conduct a special legal training on "owner organization construction".
This training activity gathered relevant staff from the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Sub-district Office, Neighborhood Committee, etc., aiming to improve grassroots governance capabilities, standardize and promote the construction of owner organizations.
During the half-day special training, lawyer Gong Min, based on the Civil Code, the Guangzhou Property Management Regulations and other regulations, and combined with a large number of practical cases, focused on interpreting the practical issues of the construction of property management committees, owners' congresses and other owners' organizations from the perspective of administrative supervision.
In the subsequent Q&A session, several trainees consulted about the problems they encountered in their work, and lawyer Gong Min provided professional answers one by one and provided legal advice with strong operability.
