
On June 26, 2025, lawyer Liang Jialin, a partner at our firm and deputy director of the Property Management Legal Department, was invited by the Housing Construction and Landscaping Bureau of Liwan District to conduct a special legal training on "Concentrated Rectification of Four Types of Issues in Property Service Performance and Public Income". Relevant staff from the District Housing Construction and Landscaping Bureau, Sub-district Office, Residents' Committee, and other organizations gathered to participate.

In this training, lawyer Liang closely focused on the main content of the specific practical work plan of the national housing and urban-rural development system to "rectify issues such as inadequate performance of property services and encroachment on owners' public benefits".
