Pursue the spark of Jinggangshan, and jointly forge a new chapter for Hebang Law Firm
Amidst the tides of the times, we have always been seeking the direction and strength to move forward. To forge consensus and envision the future, the CPC Hebang Party Branch organized all party members and partners to gather in Jinggangshan, Jiangxi Province, from August 15 to 17. On this sacred red land, we discussed development strategies and drew spiritual nourishment.
1. Red Journey: Drawing Strength from Historical Footprints
This trip is both compact and fulfilling, with each stop carrying unique red memories and spiritual connotations:
On August 15th, the participants departed from Guangzhou and arrived at Jinggangshan to watch the live-action song and dance performance of "Jinggangshan", reliving the passion and perseverance of the revolutionary years.
On August 16th, Yang Aibin, Huang Zhiwei, Wang Qi, Zhong Qisheng, Huang Aihua, Jiang Ting, Li Wei, He Kuikui, Guo Fei, Liang Huoshen, Liu Anquan, Lu Xuhui, Yang Qing, Xu Kefan, Yao Chunhong, Tan Chi, Fang Xiongwen, He Runrong, Xu Shunyuan, Xie Shenyong, Qin Quanmao, Ma Xiaobin, Liu Shijie, Cen Guoli, Wang Zhiyong, Yang Dengji, Wan Li, Liu Zhitao, Li Shenjian, Zhao Chunhua, Gong Niya, Du Juan, Lin Xiaoming, Peng Manyun, Ye Chengwen, Luo Yucong, Mai Yingyu, Huo Dongmin, Zhu Jingman, Chen Yangrong, and Chen Qiuyue from Guangdong Hebang Law Firm visited the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery, Xiaojing Red Army Hospital, and Xiaojing Red Army Martyrs' Tomb to pay tribute to the martyrs and remember the revolutionary forebears in a solemn atmosphere. They also visited the former residences of Mao Zedong and Zhu De in Dajing for learning and inspiration. They went to Huangyangjie Sentinel to experience the strategic significance of "one man can hold off ten thousand", to the Bajiao Building in Maoping Town to comprehend the revolutionary wisdom of "surrounding the cities from the countryside" under the dim light of oil lamps, and to Shenshan Village to witness the red code of rural revitalization in the new era.
On August 17th, all personnel enthusiastically headed to the former residence of Comrade Mao Zedong in Ciping Town. The rustic architecture deeply conveyed the firm belief and great sentiments of the revolutionary forebears.
Subsequently, everyone arrived at Nanshan Park, where they profoundly realized the hard-won victory of the revolution, and their souls were further enriched in this tranquility. Then, they entered the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum. The rich historical artifacts, detailed documents, and realistic scene reconstructions in the museum presented the arduous establishment of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base, the years of bitter struggle, and ultimately the dawn of victory to everyone, giving them a more systematic and comprehensive understanding of the great journey of the Jinggangshan Revolution.
After gaining a deep understanding of the revolutionary history of Jinggangshan, the partner meeting of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm was held in Jinggangshan. At the meeting, Yang Aibin, the chairman of the partner meeting, took the lead in giving a speech, giving an in-depth report on the development strategy and talent introduction plan of Hebang Law Firm. He emphasized the importance of attracting excellent partners and lawyers, and outlined a clear blueprint for the talent team construction of the law firm.
Next, Director Huang Zhiwei gave a comprehensive and detailed summary report on the work of Hebang Law Firm in the first half of 2025, and provided a forward-looking perspective on the work for the second half, pointing out the direction for the firm's future development.
Wang Qi, Co-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, then presented a report on the work of the Supervisory Board, summarizing the supervision of the law firm and emphasizing the importance of standardized management and risk control, providing a solid foundation for the steady development of the law firm.
Zhong Qisheng, Secretary of the CPC Hebang Party Branch, delivered a report on how party building promotes the development of the law firm. He elaborated on how party building work can be deeply integrated into the firm's development, using the red spirit to guide the firm's cultural construction, and injecting strong spiritual motivation into the firm's long-term development.
Huang Aihua, the director of the Management Committee, gave a work report on the committee's work, shared experiences and achievements in management, and proposed plans to further optimize management processes and improve service quality.
Jiang Ting, Executive Director of the Management Committee, Liang Huoshen, Executive Director of the Management Committee, Guo Fei, Executive Director of the Management Committee, Liu Anquan, Executive Director of the Management Committee, Yao Chunhong, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Lu Xuhui, Deputy Director in charge of cultural and sports work, Yang Qing, representative of senior partners, and Peng Manyun, representative of female lawyers, also presented reports and shared experiences based on their respective work fields, offering suggestions and advice for the development of the law firm from different perspectives.
This meeting, which gathered the wisdom and strength of the Hebang people, brought a satisfactory conclusion to this significant red journey.
Jinggangshan, the cradle of the Chinese revolution, carries a profound history and a great spirit. In 1927, Comrade Mao Zedong led the Autumn Harvest Uprising troops to this land, establishing the first rural revolutionary base and pioneering a new path of "surrounding the cities from the countryside and seizing political power through armed forces". Here, countless revolutionary martyrs shed their blood and sacrificed their lives for their ideals and convictions, forging the timeless Jinggangshan spirit - firm belief, hard work, seeking truth from facts, daring to blaze new trails, relying on the masses, and courageously striving for victory. This spirit is not only a precious treasure of the Chinese Communists but also a powerful driving force that inspires Hebang people to keep moving forward in the new era.
The partner meeting was held in Jinggangshan, precisely hoping to harness the spiritual strength of this red land, allowing every participant to deeply comprehend the Jinggangshan spirit and integrate it into the development and daily work of the law firm. The Party branch of He Bang Law Firm actively participated in it, fully exerting the leading role of the Party organization, injecting red genes into the meeting, and endowing it with deeper significance.
II. Future Planning: Drawing a New Blueprint for Development Guided by the Jinggangshan Spirit
1. Strengthen the leadership of party building and lay a solid foundation of belief
With the Party branch as the core, we have established a "normalized red study and research" mechanism. Every year, we organize Party members and key lawyers to visit revolutionary shrines for learning. We integrate the Jinggangshan spirit into daily Party building activities and take practical actions to fulfill our original aspiration of "firming our beliefs and serving the masses".
2. Innovate business models and embody the spirit of "daring to blaze new trails"
Drawing on the revolutionary wisdom of "seeking truth from facts" from Jinggangshan, we have established a special research group for emerging legal fields to explore a "specialization + integration" service model, aiming to create professional and differentiated competitive advantages.
3. Deepen team building and unite the joint force of "relying on the masses"
Improve the partner training mechanism, enhance team cohesion and professional competence; support lawyers to participate in high-end business training and academic exchanges, promoting mutual development of individuals and the law firm; implement the concept of "safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of clients" in practice.
4. Fulfill social responsibilities and uphold the spirit of "courageously striving for victory"
Relying on the strength of the Party branch, we will expand the scope of public legal services, participate in the legal construction of rural revitalization, draw on the research experience of General Secretary Xi Jinping's visit to Shenshan Village, establish cooperation with grassroots communities, assist in grassroots governance according to law, and let the light of the rule of law illuminate more corners.
The spirit embodied by the spark in Jinggangshan forever shines brightly. We believe that under the guidance of the Jinggangshan spirit, all members of Hebang Law Firm will unite closely, using planning as the blueprint and action as the brush, to jointly forge a new chapter for Hebang Law Firm and contribute more to the construction of a society ruled by law. Let us carry the spiritual strength of Jinggangshan and bravely move forward in the journey of the new era, writing the glory that belongs to Hebang!
