On July 31, 2025, the third Summer Innovation and Entrepreneurship Carnival of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Guangdong) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base, themed "Innovation in the Bay Area, Summer Engagement," was grandly held in Tianhe District, Guangzhou.
