On July 22, 2025, lawyer Gong Min, senior partner of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm and head of the property management legal team, was invited by the Nansha District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau to conduct a special legal training on "owner organization construction" and "four types of issues related to property service performance and public revenue centralized rectification".
More than 100 people from the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the town government/street office, the neighborhood committee, the District Property Management Association, and property service enterprises participated in this training.
At the meeting, lawyer Gong Min provided professional analysis on practical legal issues related to the centralized rectification of four types of problems, including the construction of property owners' organizations, the performance of property services, and public revenue, from the perspective of property enterprises, based on the provisions of the Civil Code and the Guangzhou Regulation on Property Management, through rich practical cases. The content of the explanation was closely related to reality and provided practical solutions for the participants.
During the Q&A session, the participants inquired about difficult issues in their daily work. With her rich practical experience, lawyer Gong Min accurately analyzed the crux of the problem and provided practical and professional advice.
