
From July 2nd to 3rd, 2025, lawyer Liang Jialin, a partner at our firm and deputy director of the Property Management Legal Department, was invited by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Transportation Bureau of Conghua District to conduct a special legal training on "Concentrated Rectification of Four Types of Issues in Property Service Performance and Public Income".

The two-day training was conducted in separate sessions. On the first day, it was targeted at staff from street offices and neighborhood committees. On the second day, a special training was provided for property project managers, attracting more than 150 relevant personnel in total.
At the training session, lawyer Liang Jialin closely focused on the main content of the specific practical work plan of the national housing and urban-rural development system to "rectify issues such as inadequate performance of property services and encroachment on owners' public benefits", and interpreted key issues such as inadequate performance of property services, encroachment on owners' public benefits, and delayed updates of old residential elevators. Through the three-in-one professional training of "regulation interpretation + typical cases + practical guidance", the participants systematically mastered the standardized solution path for typical issues in the property industry.

During the interactive Q&A session, the participating trainees actively raised difficult issues they encountered in their work. Based on legal practice in property management, lawyer Liang Jialin provided practical solutions and legal guidance.
