On June 27, 2025, lawyer Gong Min, a senior partner and head of our property management legal team, and lawyer Liang Jialin, a partner and deputy director of our property management legal department, were invited by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Zengcheng District and the Property Management Industry Association of Zengcheng District to conduct a special legal training on "Key Contents of Property Service Contract Practice". Over 200 people attended the event, including the heads of property projects from the entire district.
This training aims to assist property management companies in accurately grasping the pulse of the law, avoiding operational risks, and jointly promoting the standardized development of the property management industry.
At the training session, lawyer Liang Jialin closely focused on the pain points of legal practice in the property industry. Through interpretation of regulations, review of cases, and risk prediction, he assisted the participants in mastering practical legal risk prevention plans.
During the Q&A session, lawyer Gong Min meticulously answered various questions encountered by the trainees in their work, demonstrating the rich practical experience of the property management legal team in this field.

Lawyer Gong Min serves as a member of the Legal Policy Working Committee of the China Property Management Association, as well as the Deputy Director of the Legal Policy Working Committee of both the Guangdong Provincial Property Management Association and the Guangdong Provincial Property Management Industry Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Guangzhou Property Management Expert Committee, the Director of the Policy and Regulation Committee of the Guangzhou Property Management Industry Association, a member of the 10th Government Advisory Legal Professional Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, a member of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of the People's Government of Panyu District, Guangzhou, and serves as a legal advisor to the Property Management Industry Associations in Tianhe, Zengcheng, Baiyun, Huangpu, Nansha, Yuexiu, Liwan, and Huadu.
Lawyer Liang Jialin is a partner at Guangdong Hebang Law Firm, the deputy director of the Property Management Legal Department, an outstanding lecturer of the Guangzhou Property Management Industry Association, a member of the Policy and Regulation Committee, and a legal expert for several district property management industry associations in Guangzhou. He has been appointed as a legal consultant by multiple housing and construction departments, towns, streets, communities, and more than 30 large and medium-sized enterprises, possessing rich practical experience in providing legal services to both government and enterprises in property management.
