On May 20, 2025, lawyer Gong Min, a senior partner of our firm and head of the property management legal team, was invited by the Housing Construction and Landscaping Bureau of Tianhe District, Guangzhou, to conduct a legal training session on the topic of "Owners' Organization Construction".
This training event gathered relevant personnel from the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Sub-district Office, Residents' Committee, and other relevant entities to jointly explore the difficulties and pain points in the construction of property owners' organizations.
