In the vibrant month of March, everything comes back to life. In this beautiful season brimming with spring vitality, we celebrate the 115th International Women's Day. This is a day dedicated to women, a day filled with warmth and blessings. To commemorate this special day, Guangdong Hebang Law Firm meticulously planned and successfully hosted the "Blooming Youth · Red Heart to the Party" Women's Day celebration event, extending our deepest festive greetings to all female lawyers and jointly paying tribute to the "power of women".
On the afternoon of March 7th, the large conference room on the 23rd floor of Dongjun was filled with a festive atmosphere. The Hebang Party Branch, Women's Committee, and Administration Department prepared a special gift for this celebration - a fresh flower arrangement DIY course. The event venue was decorated warmly and elegantly, with flowers fragrancing the air, creating a relaxed, pleasant, and artistic environment for female colleagues.

At the beginning of the event, the chief planner, lawyer Peng Manyun, delivered an enthusiastic opening speech. She introduced the theme and purpose of the event to the female colleagues present with sincere words. Lawyer Peng Manyun said that this fresh flower arrangement DIY course was not only an opportunity to relax, but also a platform to nourish the soul and enhance self-worth. She hoped that through such activities, every female colleague could feel the care and respect from the law firm, and wished everyone a prosperous future filled with flowers and shining their own light!
Lawyer Zhong Qisheng, the secretary of the Party branch of He Bang Law Firm, extended his heartfelt greetings to all the female lawyers at the firm on behalf of the firm and the Party branch. Secretary Zhong said that it was not easy for female lawyers to balance life and work, and everyone needed to give more care and help to female colleagues.

She spoke with deep emotion about the background and significance of International Women's Day, reviewed its origin and development, and emphasized the power of women under the guidance of Party building. Comrade Ye Chengwen's words were filled with praise and expectations for female compatriots. She hoped that the female lawyers of Hebang Law Firm would continue to carry forward the spirit of perseverance and courage to take on responsibilities, and contribute their own strength to the development of the law firm. At the same time, she also wished all women a happy holiday, hoping that everyone would always be bright, free, and generous. Amidst warm applause, the flower arrangement activity officially kicked off. The lecturer first gave a brief self-introduction, followed by a detailed introduction to the types of flower materials, the use of flower arrangement tools, as well as the techniques and steps of flower arrangement.
Under the careful guidance of the lecturer, the female lawyers eagerly took part in flower arrangement. They carefully selected flower materials, meticulously matched colors, and skillfully applied techniques, combining one flower after another into beautiful works. During the flower arrangement process, everyone not only enjoyed the pleasure of hands-on experience, but also felt the charm of art and the beauty of life.
At the end of the event, lawyer Jiang Ting, the director of the Management Committee of Hebang Law Firm, was invited to attend. He shared his thoughts from the perspective of how female lawyers balance work and life, and offered suggestions on how female lawyers can better practice and work, drawing a satisfactory conclusion to the event.
