In this case, over ten homeowners successfully obtained refunds and compensation through arbitration due to the developer's delay in handling property ownership certificates. All homeowners received the compensation, but the dispute did not end there. II. Formulate strategies and take actions promptly after accepting the commission
1. Subsequently, the developer proposed to withdraw the arbitration application. However, lawyer Yang insisted that the property owners consider withdrawing their counterclaim only after the developer submitted a written application and the arbitration commission approved the withdrawal of the arbitration application. 4.
