The "Dongguan City Property Management Regulations" came into effect on June 1, 2024.

To further promote the implementation of the regulations and enhance the understanding and application of the regulations by administrative supervision departments, property service enterprises, and other relevant entities, the Dongguan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has launched a series of centralized and thematic training sessions for the publicity and implementation of the regulations.

Lawyer Gong Min from our firm was invited by the Dongguan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau to conduct a training session on the "Dongguan Property Management Regulations" (Fifth Edition) on the afternoon of October 30, 2024.

The training presentation covers seven parts, including the scope of application of the Regulation, division of responsibilities, owners and owner organizations, property management services, use and maintenance of property, legal responsibilities, and communication and Q&A. It focuses on sharing the difficult issues that exist in the practice of owners and owner organizations, and analyzes them one by one, proposing solutions.
