General election of the Party branch of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm of the Communist Party of China
On the afternoon of July 18, 2024, the Party branch of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm successfully held a general meeting of Party members, successfully completing the election of new leaders, marking a new stage of development for the Party building work at Hebang. The meeting was presided over by Comrade He Kuikui, a member of the Party branch's organizing committee. 35 registered Party members actively participated and jointly witnessed this important moment.
In the first agenda item of the meeting, Comrade He Kuikui carefully counted the number of party members present, which totaled 35, accounting for four-fifths of the total number of registered party members. This met the quorum requirement, and therefore, the party member meeting was declared valid.
Subsequently, Comrade Yang Aibin, the former secretary of the Party branch, delivered a detailed work report to the conference, comprehensively reviewing the achievements and experiences of the Party branch's work over the past period and presenting an outlook for future work. After careful deliberation, all participating Party members unanimously voted by show of hands to approve Comrade Yang Aibin's "Work Report".
In the third agenda item of the meeting, the "Election Method" for the term change of the CPC branch committee of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm was reviewed and approved. The "Election Method" was unanimously approved by all participating party members through a show of hands. At the same time, the conference also reviewed and confirmed Comrade Zhou Jinjing and Comrade Gong Niya as scrutineers, and Comrade Chen Ningsi and Comrade Guo Tai as vote counters, ensuring the fairness and transparency of the election process.
After careful voting and meticulous vote counting by all party members, seven comrades, namely Zhong Qisheng, Zuo Dianna, He Runrong, Shen Gangwei, He Kuikui, Xie Shenghui, and Ye Chengwen, were finally confirmed as members of the new party branch committee. Among them, Comrade Zhong Qisheng was elected as the secretary of the party branch, while Comrade Zuo Dianna served as the deputy secretary of the party branch, jointly shouldering the important task of leading the future development of the Hebang Institute's party branch.
On September 19, 2024, after receiving the "Report on the Results of the General Election for the Party Branch of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm", the Party Committee Office of the Lawyers Industry in Guangzhou, China, conducted careful research and deliberation, and officially approved the election results.
Through this leadership transition, the leading group of the Party branch of Hebang Institute has been optimized and strengthened, laying a foundation for further enhancing the quality of Hebang's party building and providing a strong political and organizational guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of Hebang Institute.
