On August 30, 2024, the second plenary partner meeting of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm for the year 2024 was successfully held in the large conference room on the 23rd floor of Tower 1, Dongjun Plaza. The meeting was chaired by lawyer Yang Aibin, the chairman of the partner meeting of Hebang Law Firm. All partners participated in the meeting through both online and offline means.
The participating partners conducted thorough discussions on various topics of the meeting, including amendments to the "Constitution of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm," the election of the management committee, the 30th anniversary celebration, lawyer support, talent introduction, and the development plan of the law firm. All proposals were successfully passed.
After voting, the meeting agreed to the amendments to Articles 29, 30, 32, and 33 of the "Constitution of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm". Lawyer Huang Zhiwei was elected as the Director of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm; Lawyers Huang Aihua and Jiang Ting were elected to serve as rotating Directors of the Management Committee of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm, with a term of three years, and Lawyer Huang Aihua was appointed as the first rotating Director of the Management Committee. Lawyer Yang Aibin was elected as the Chairman of the Partners' Meeting of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm; Lawyers Huang Zhiwei, Wang Qi, and Zhong Qisheng were elected as Co-Chairmen of the Partners' Meeting of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. It was decided to confer the title of "Honorary Chairman of the Partners' Meeting" upon Lawyer Zhao Xiaofei.
Lawyers Huang Aihua, Jiang Ting, Li Rong, He Kuikui, Liang Huoshen, and Guo Fei were elected as Executive Directors of the Management Committee of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. Lawyers Huang Aihua, Jiang Ting, Li Rong, He Kuikui, Liang Huoshen, Wu Shuxiong, Guo Fei, Liu Anquan, He Runrong, Zhang Wenbin, Xie Shenyong, Peng Manyun, Cen Guoli, Qin Quanmao, Liao Limin, Xie Shenghui, Zhou Jinjing, and Hu Die were elected as members of the Management Committee of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm.
Lawyer Yang Aibin was elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. Lawyer Wang Qi was elected as the Co-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. Lawyers Yang Wenzhou, Yao Chunhong, Li Shenjian, etc. were elected as Vice Chairmen of the Supervisory Board of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. Lawyers Yang Aibin, Wang Qi, Fang Xiongwen, Yao Chunhong, Huang Chuyun, Yang Wenzhou, Ji Xiaodong, Wang Zhiyong, Xu Kefan, Li Shenjian, etc. were elected as members of the Supervisory Board of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm. It was decided to appoint Lawyer Lu Xuhui as the Deputy Director in charge of cultural and sports work.
This meeting was highly successful, as it charted the course and set the goals for the further development of Hebang in the future. In the coming days, all partners will work together more closely to contribute to the further growth and expansion of Hebang.
