The Youth League Branch of Hebang Law Firm held a themed activity to study and implement the spirit of patriotism, as well as an exchange meeting between Hebang and Guozhi Debate Team
In order to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on promoting the spirit of patriotism, guide young lawyers to cultivate a deep love for the Party, the country, and socialism, and uphold the mission of lawyers, the Youth League Branch of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm, on the eve of the May Fourth Youth Day, specially invited lawyer Wang Bo, Secretary of the Youth League Branch of Guangdong Guozhi Law Firm, and lawyer Cen Hao, member of the Organization Committee, to jointly carry out a themed debate team exchange activity titled "Upholding the Will to Practice Patriotism, Celebrating the May Fourth Youth Day, and Upholding the Mission of Lawyers". Members of the Hebang Law Firm's debate team actively participated.
Lawyer Jiang Ting, the Executive Director of the Management Committee of Hebang Law Firm, warmly welcomed the representatives of the Youth League Branch and the Debating Team from Guozhi Law Firm. He pointed out that Hebang Law Firm has formulated relevant systems in the process of cultivating young lawyers' patriotism and national sentiment, and assisting their growth and development, and gave a detailed introduction.
Subsequently, lawyer Hu Bingwen, deputy secretary of the Youth League branch of He Bang Law Firm, and lawyer Wang Bo, secretary of the Youth League branch of Guozhi Law Firm, introduced the construction of their respective Youth League branches, and led members of both Youth League branches to jointly study the "Patriotic Education Law of the People's Republic of China". During the exchange session, representatives of young lawyers from both sides shared their views on how to deeply integrate patriotic education to strengthen the construction of the Youth League branch.
At the meeting, members of the debate teams from Hebang Law Firm and Guozhi Law Firm, drawing from their recent experiences participating in the 5th Guangzhou Lawyers Debate Competition, shared how debating can enhance logical thinking and language expression abilities, thereby elevating professional standards. In the process of providing high-quality legal services to the public, they fully demonstrated the patriotism, aspirations for a strong nation, and actions of dedication to the country exhibited by young lawyers.
This meeting not only deepened the patriotic sentiments of young lawyers, but also brought valuable experience and learning opportunities to the debate team of Hebang Law Firm, promoting exchanges and cooperation among law firms. After the meeting, the participants took a group photo as a souvenir.
