On the afternoon of March 11, 2024, the second meeting of the International Legal Department of Hebang Law Firm was successfully held. The meeting was chaired by He Qiuting, the department head, and guided by Jiang Ting, a senior partner of the firm. Members shared information and discussed future work plans, business expansion, and customer service.
1. Provide attentive services to customers, and accompany them throughout the entire process of overseas investment
To assist clients of Hebang Law Firm in seamlessly completing the procedures for overseas investments, the International Legal Department of Hebang will offer comprehensive services, including accompanying clients to consulates for relevant procedures and addressing their inquiries. We are fully aware of the significance of overseas investments for businesses, and thus, we will spare no effort to provide the most professional and attentive services to ensure that our clients can smoothly navigate the overseas investment process and achieve their international development goals.
II. Our firm has become a registered law firm of the German Consulate
At this meeting, lawyer Liao, the Deputy Director of the International Legal Department of Hebang Law Firm, announced that a cooperative relationship has been established with the German Consulate, and our firm has become a registered law firm of the German Consulate.
III. Director Jiang proposed a new idea to establish a cooperative relationship with the Yuexiu District Bureau of Commerce.
At the meeting, Director Jiang proposed that the department should strengthen internal communication within the institute and design a set of service processes for foreign-related projects, including providing customers with investment filing and review, background introduction of the destination country, and service fee payment methods. At the same time, Director Jiang also stated that he would connect with the Yuexiu District Bureau of Commerce to see if free consultation and paid legal services could be provided to companies in Yuexiu District.
IV. Providing support for overseas clients investing in local markets, and facilitating business development through agency services
In order to meet the legal needs of foreigners in China, the International Legal Department of Hebang Law Firm will also expand its overseas legal services, including providing services such as business license agency, work visa agency, and visa agency. We will cooperate with professional agency institutions to ensure the professionalism and efficiency of our services, providing convenient legal services for foreigners and facilitating their life and work in China.
V. Strengthen professional learning
Our department has tentatively scheduled the third regular meeting for late April. We will also invite lawyer Huo Dongmin from our firm to share his experience in foreign-related work. Lawyers from He Bang Law Firm are welcome to join us for communication and learning.
The successful convening of the second meeting of the International Legal Department of Hebang Law Firm not only points out the direction for the department's future development but also provides clients with more comprehensive and professional legal services. We will continue to uphold the concept of "customer first, service foremost", continuously improve service quality, and create greater value for our clients. In the days to come, the International Legal Department of Hebang will work together with all lawyers in our firm to write a new chapter in international legal services and escort the international development of enterprises.
