To enhance the legal theoretical knowledge, mediation skills, and practical operational abilities of mediators and lawyers, in order to better serve the people and maintain social harmony and stability, on the afternoon of March 6, 2024, the "Master Ma's Nine-Step Mediation Method" - a training lecture for specially invited mediators of the Yuexiu District People's Court was grandly held at He Bang Law Firm. The lecture was hosted by the Yuexiu District Lawyers' Work Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, co-organized by Guangdong He Bang Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "He Bang Law Firm"), and specially invited Director Ma Shengjiao from the Fengyang Judicial Office in Haizhu District, who has been awarded the title of National Model Mediator and one of the Top Ten Mediators in Guangzhou Courts, to give a lecture. A total of more than 40 mediators and lawyers attended the event, which was presided over by lawyer Jiang Ting, director of the Yuexiu District Lawyers' Work Committee Office.

The keynote speaker, Director Ma Shengjiao, shared his experience on "Taking Emergency Resolution as an Example, Experiencing the 'Master Ma's Nine-Step Mediation Method' under the Diversified Prevention and Resolution Mechanism in the New Era". Director Ma Shengjiao guided everyone to experience the nine methods of the "Master Ma's Mediation Method" through simulated cases of disputes over elevator installation, labor disputes, and campus accidental injuries that have occurred frequently in recent years. By having lawyers play the role of parties, he identified intentional errors and omissions, summarized and deepened mediation methods, and provided lawyers with an unprecedented immersive experience.
At the end of the sharing session, everyone sought advice from Director Ma on the issues encountered during mediation, and Director Ma Shengjiao answered each question one by one. His rich mediation experience and excellent ability to control the situation earned rounds of applause from the trainees. This training lecture was a complete success.
