HAPPY Women's Day
To celebrate International Women's Day and showcase the elegance of female lawyers, He Bang Law Firm organized a unique celebration activity for female lawyers and employees within the firm, and prepared festive gifts.
At the beginning of the event, lawyer Yao Chunhong, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of He Bang Law Firm and Senior Counselor of the Civil and Commercial Law Department, shared his insights on "How to Enhance the Well-being of Female Lawyers". Lawyer Yao stated that enhancing the well-being of female lawyers requires building career satisfaction, maintaining physical and mental health, cultivating hobbies, and balancing work and family.
Next, lawyer Liang Yajie shared her experience of independent practice as a female lawyer born in the 1990s. She believed that emotional management and mindset adjustment are very important for everyone. We should learn to identify and deal with negative emotions, and adjust our mindset in a positive way. She suggested that we can cultivate some hobbies that can relax and cheer us up, release pressure, and improve the quality of life.
It was lawyer Ye Chengwen's turn to share. She comprehensively introduced yoga from multiple perspectives, including its concept, history, practice methods, schools, differences between yoga and other sports, benefits of regular yoga practice, and practice suggestions. Regular yoga practice helps practitioners shape their bodies, reduce fat and weight, enhance muscle strength, eliminate anxiety, regulate emotions, and improve temperament and confidence. Lawyer Ye suggested that everyone should practice regularly, believe in the power of repetition, and stick to this good habit.
During the birthday party, everyone sang the birthday song for the person born in March. Lawyer Qin Fangchao, as the representative of the birthday person, cut the cake to share the joy with everyone.
