Gathering friends over tea, discussing tea and philosophy. On the afternoon of February 1, 2024, Zhen Weigang, Executive Chairman of the Guangdong Collectors Association, Hou Kaidong, Vice Chairman and Director of the Tea Culture Committee, led a team of seven, including Zeng Zhenyu, Director of the Academic Committee, and Pan Guangxin, Deputy Director of the Tea Culture Committee, to visit Hebang Law Firm for exchange and learning.
The meeting was chaired by lawyer Jiang Ting, a senior partner and executive director of the management committee of Hebang Law Firm. Lawyers Gong Niya, Qin Quanmao, Ma Xiaobin, Liu Shijie, Luo Yucong, and lawyer assistant Zhou Dan attended the meeting.
Lawyer Jiang Ting, on behalf of Hebang Law Firm, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Tea Culture Committee of the Guangdong Collectors Association, and introduced the firm's scale, characteristics, business, and honors.
Mr. Zhen Weigang and Mr. Hou Kaidong gave detailed introductions to the Guangdong Collectors Association and the Tea Culture Committee, respectively. Visitors such as Zeng Zhenyu and Pan Guangxin shared their respective understandings of tea culture.
At the meeting, both parties also discussed the legal risks faced in tea collection related to trademarks, advertising, and other aspects. Lawyers Jiang Ting, Gong Ni'ya, and Qin Quanmao, as deputy directors of the Rights and Interests Committee of the Guangdong Collectors Association, also conducted in-depth discussions with everyone on how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of collectors.
After the meeting, both parties shared, displayed, and tasted specialty teas, and took group photos as a souvenir. Heibang Law Firm will intensify its exchanges with the Guangdong Collectors Association in the future. Both parties look forward to closer cooperation, mutual empowerment, and joint development.
