On the afternoon of January 5, 2024, the first meeting and inaugural ceremony of the Commercial and Criminal-Civil Interdisciplinary Legal Department of Guangdong Hebang Law Firm was held in the conference room on the 23rd floor of the firm.
The meeting was chaired by Jiang Ting, a senior partner and executive director of the management committee of our firm. Huang Aihua, Yao Chunhong, Wu Shuxiong, Qin Quanmao, Liu Zhitao, Ma Xiaobin, Liu Shijie, Chen Qiqian, Luo Yucong, lawyer assistant Zhou Dan, and lawyer assistant Zhang Qiuping jointly attended the meeting.
Lawyer Jiang Ting delivered a speech on the establishment of the Commercial and Criminal-Civil Interdisciplinary Legal Department. Lawyer Jiang Ting stated that the purpose of Hebang Law Firm in establishing the Commercial and Criminal-Civil Interdisciplinary Legal Department is to inherit and carry forward the firm's strengths in commercial and criminal-civil interdisciplinary services. Through the cultivation of a culture featuring expertise in one's field, proficiency in one's skills, reward for one's efforts, and achievement in one's studies, the department aims to create a collaborative and progressive business unit that is dedicated to becoming a learning, expert, and cooperative department, benefiting all members within the department.
Lawyer Yao Chunhong, speaking as a department advisor, expressed her great honor to witness the establishment of the Commercial, Criminal, and Civil Law Intersection Department and her hope to learn and progress together with the department.
At the meeting, everyone engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges regarding the department's "three major development priorities", "external liaison and assistance", department members' roles of "one main and two auxiliary, three industries and four committees", "lawyer public welfare services", as well as the department's organizational structure and key areas. At the end of the meeting, after discussion, it was unanimously decided that lawyer Jiang Ting would serve as the department director, lawyers Yang Aibin, Huang Zhiwei, Wang Qi, and Yao Chunhong would serve as advisors, Zhou Dan would serve as the department secretary-general, and lawyers Huang Aihua, Wu Shuxiong, Qin Quanmao, Liu Zhitao, Ma Xiaobin, Liu Shijie, Chen Qiqian, Luo Yucong, and lawyer assistant Zhang Qiuping would serve as department committee members.
The meeting was a complete success, and all the work decided upon at the meeting is currently progressing in an orderly manner.
